Quiet location Warm and spacious room Bed was very comfy Room had lighting but also blackout blinds, so we had an excellent & restful sleep TV & internet, plenty of bottled water, kettle etc Pool was very clean, quiet and facilities were clean and easy to use

Lovely hotel. Great staff, beautiful and luxurious room with ample courtesy tray and toiletries. Breakfast and afternoon tea highly recommended ( we did not have dinner, but it looked popular). Big feature was the heated indoor pool. We easily visited Bath and Longleat from here, and there are many lovely eateries in Bradford upon Avon.

Very big room, we had plenty of space for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Great bathroom too. Beds were comfy and pool was a nice plus. The main building with lodges and restaurant is very cosy. Excellent breakfast. There’s also a nice pub (boathouse) just a short stroll away where you have simple meals near the marina.

Friendly helpful staff and good location with a charming setting. Breakfast was very good. Bed and bed linens comfy and good quality

family room was spacious and very comfy for 4 people (incl 2 teens). Breakfast and Dinner options were great - food was exceptional quality. Gin bar was super, Lounges relaxing - always a place to tuck your self away and the children loved the indoor pool. This is our 3rd visit and we will be back

It was quiet, well kept, beautiful gardens, the staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. I was also very lucky that myself and my daughter were upgraded, which was lovely. All fixtures and fittings were of high standard and even the complimentary teas and coffees were of a high brand. Check in and check out were fast and hassle free. Lovely place to stay and I would definitely stay again 😀

A stylish, boutique- style hotel in a quiet location close to Bradford on Avon. The rooms are spacious with proper bathrooms (shower and tub) and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent: good choices and high quality ingredients. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The gin bar and swimming pool are bonuses!

Beautiful location, super quirky and cute decor, brilliant amenities, lovely staff and first rate food, brilliant housekeeping services. would 100% stay here again. And the pool was toasty!
